Tequesta Table Owner - Victoria T.

Victoria is originally from Ukraine and has been in the food industry most of her life.  Her first business, Black Forest Deli & Catering in Bethlehem, PA, sources local ingredients to create homemade Ukrainian food.  It has served diners for over 15 years and continues to be one of the destination restaurants in the Lehigh Valley.

At Tequesta Table, Victoria sources the best local ingredients in South Florida to create homemade breakfast and lunch items.  The menu has some traditional and new American favorites all with a fresh new twist.  In addition, there are also some Ukrainian favorites for those that want some Eastern European flavor.

At both Black Forest and Tequesta Table, Victoria’s approach is the same – it’s all about the local community.  She has emphasized partnering with great local partners to serve the community in the best way possible.
